Reiki: Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion. We also offer Reiki training to budding new students.


Spirit/ Shamanic Healing & Intuitive Guidance:  Spirit or Shamanic healing is an ancient energy therapy used in many indigenous cultures that helps to heal emotional, spiritual, and even physical ailments by healing your soul. It is a process through which you can comprehend your mental, emotional, and physical self and eradicate negative states of mind while allowing positive states to thrive. This type of healing is done in the spirit realm, working on the source of your wounds, clearing energy blockages and balancing the chakras, to positively affect your emotional health. The healer acts as a channel for this healing energy; not its source and is a vehicle for divine intervention. Intuitive guidance allows the healer to connect with the higher consciousness or spirit to give guidance and suggestions based on the clients issues so that they can see what might be hidden and lead a balanced life. Spirit healing helps clears energy blocks in the body and allows the individual to lead a more balanced and peaceful life.


Card readings: Oracle cards are an ancient and time-honored way to connect with universal energy. It can be a powerful tool for those seeking guidance in their life as they give a snap shot of the energies surrounding the situation at this time. Unlike Tarot card where the structure of the deck remains the same, Oracle cards all carry different energies and each card has a different meaning. These cards can give insight into relationships, careers and finances and more while giving the recipient peace of mind and confidence in their decisions.


EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT is a universal healing tool that can provide impressive results for physical, emotional, and performance issues. EFT is also referred to as ‘meridian therapy’, ‘tapping’ and is based on the same principles as acupuncture but instead of using needles, the meridian points are gently tapped with the fingertips. EFT operates on the premise that no matter what part of your life needs improvement, there are unresolved emotional issues in the way. EFT’s foundation comes from a common sense blend of Acupuncture and Mind-Body Medicine, both of which have decades of scientific studies supporting them. It is common knowledge that the effect of long-term stress on our bodies and mind, whether that presents in depression, panic attacks, migraines, ulcers, or even heart attacks can be a result of an accumulation of negative thoughts created by our response to our environment and life experiences. What happens during an EFT session?

EFT sessions are usually done on a one to one basis either in person or via skype. In the sessions negative emotions and symptoms are alleviated and replaced by positive responses by dissolving energy blocks. For example if the client has a fear of heights and often-felt nauseous while looking over a balcony, through EFT, they may now be able to alleviated the negative reaction like fear, nausea, heart palpitation and replace it with a more peaceful and calm response.

EFT for Corporate Environment?

In today’s economic climate, stress levels and interpersonal tension has reached an all time high. This results in poor performance and low morale within the employees in turn affecting the potential growth and success of companies. EFT has provided impressive results in the workplace by tackling issues faced by employees like stress, anxiety, fear, tension via stress management workshop and private sessions. Stress occurs where employees feel unable to cope with work demands or environment, and can result in decreased productivity and reduction in physical or mental health. The costs to the organization are high in terms of reduced productivity, absenteeism, staff turnover, and potentially, legal cases arising from stress-related claims.

The UK Labour Force Survey showed that in 2008/2009 an estimated 415,000 individuals in Britain who worked in the previous year believed they were experiencing work-related stress at a level that was making them ill. The 2009 Psychological Working Conditions (PWC) survey indicated that around 16.7% of all working individuals thought that their job was very or extremely stressful. ~Identification of stress – The earlier the better. This ensures the appropriate intervention or support can be offered at the right time. This can be through direct observation by managers, and by the organization monitoring relevant quantifiable statistics such as absenteeism, performance, any conflict situations which arise, questionnaires and other  appropriate assessment tools.

~Stress management – This involves having a stress reduction and wellbeing policy, typically entailing: relevant support arrangements, the enabling of employee access to support services, and the creation of processes for dealing with employees unable to work due to stress, together with procedures for successful return to work when ready to do so.

EFT in Schools & Colleges:

School and College days are said to be the happiest days of your life. But that is not often the case for students who suffer misery and stress at the hands of other students and teachers. Students are often under immense pressure to get the perfect test scores or to gain admissions into top universities and land lucrative jobs, which ends up forcing students to take drastic steps which can sometimes lead them to commit suicide as they are unable to bear this pressure. Particularly vulnerable are 15 to 24 year-olds; within the age range of 20-24 years, there were 36,000 suicides in India in the year 2013 alone*. EFT may not be replaced by conventional psychotherapy but can be used as a supplemental therapy offered via schools and colleges to students to cope with stress.

EFT has shown to reduce disruptive behavior in students as well as a reduction in bullying and its effects. EFT has also helped students alleviate anxiety and negativity towards school and their teachers. It has shown to improve test scores, self-esteem, anger, depression, frustration and health issues.
